GEL owns two commercial
incineration facilities, one in Karachi and the other in Lahore.
Both the facilities are approved by the relevant Environment
Protection Agencies and have handled over 400,000 kgs of various
types of industrial hazardous and non-hazardous wastes. The waste includes production line waste,
damaged and spoiled raw materials, expired finished goods and
sludge from treatment plants, oil contaminated soils etc.
